Dubai: Star Express Government Transaction Centre, a leading name in UAE’s government service facilitation sector, has relocated its operations to the first floor of Al Mamzar Century Mall, offering the full spectrum of government services under one roof. The centre will now operate daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, providing customers with convenient access and a seamless service experience — along with three hours of free parking.

The Star Express Government Transaction Centre continues its growth journey by expanding into a new, modern facility inside Century Mall, Dubai. The move marks a new milestone in its decade-long legacy of providing efficient and customer-focused government service solutions. The management announced that this relocation aligns with the organisation’s vision to make essential government transactions faster, easier, and more accessible to residents and businesses alike.

According to Managing Partners Dr. Shanid Asif Ali and Abdul Aziz Ayyur, the move to Century Mall comes at a time when the company is preparing to celebrate its tenth anniversary, a landmark achievement that underscores its consistent service excellence and public trust. The official anniversary celebration date will be announced soon, they added during a press conference held to mark the occasion.

The upgraded Star Express facility brings together multiple key departments, including the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), TASHEEL, and TAWJEEH, among others. This integration ensures that all government-related services — from employment and visa processing to business licensing and document attestation — can be completed quickly and conveniently in one location.

Customers can now visit the new centre between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM every day. To enhance convenience, Star Express is offering three hours of free parking to all visitors. Moreover, business owners can now complete trade licence-related services by paying only the official government fees, with no additional service charges, the management confirmed.

Speaking at the event, CEO Dr. Shanid Asif Ali expressed gratitude to all customers who have supported Star Express over the years. “This relocation is not just about a new address — it’s about reaffirming our commitment to excellence and convenience for every customer who trusts us with their government needs,” he said. Abdul Aziz Ayyur added that the new centre’s extended operating hours and improved accessibility reflect the company’s dedication to community service and innovation.
